Vinyl festoon is produced in the same variety of colors as fringe and sheeting. It is mainly used for accents on the outer edges of a parade float, to outline a surface area and highlight the top edge of the float fringe. Festoon can be creatively used to provide another color to the parade float display. *Prolonged heat/sun or wind exposure can damage all PVC products and float products are not guaranteed against this kind of damage.
